Guidance on filling in the form:
  • All questions with a red * must be filled in.
  • Question 6. Your website address (if any) - If you have a website your advert will be linked to it if you provide the URL (web address).
    Please leave empty if you do not have a website.
  • Question 8. Advert file to upload - the file you upload must be the finished design for your advert. The maximum size permitted for
    text is 25 characters long by 6 lines deep, or for images maximum width is 180 pixels or 65 mm, and maximum height is 120 pixels or 42 mm.
